Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Store Planning and Facility Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

* Manage the agenda of the Store Planning Director and team

* Manage travelling and accommodation arrangements of the Store Planning Director and the team

* Support in back-office activities

* Reception of guests

* Booking of conference rooms

* Support budget processes

* Support invoices' registration and approval process

* Manage orders with magazines

Requirements:

* Proficiency of Microsoft package (excel, word, powerpoint)

* Fluent English

* Problem-solving skills

* High level of adaptability

* Organizational and time management skills
