The opportunity

You will contribute and support the team to achieve successful results in Research & Development projects development for our Transformer Business Unit in Monselice (PD).
We are seeking a student or a graduate in the field of electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent) to join our R&D team for an internship. The internship, with expected duration of 6 months, can also have the purpose of developing a thesis.
How you'll make an impact
Support various R&D projects for power transformers design and design review tools improvements and/or for new emerging technologies and solutions.
Your background
* Degree in electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent).
* Power transformer technology knowledge will be considered a plus.
* Knowledge of electrical finite element simulation is a plus
* Programming experience is considered a plus
* Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office & Outlook. Programming experience is considered a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic R&D environment
* Good spoken and written English.
