YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA

As a Marketing Intern, based in Milan, you will join the EMEA Marketing & CVM team and contribute to a variety of projects that strengthen our customer engagement and brand presence across key European markets. You'll learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure to marketing operations, and support activities that bring our campaigns and client experiences to life.

HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE

During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and learn every day by collaborating with cross-functional teams:

* Support the EMEA Marketing & CVM team in collecting and analyzing customer and campaign performance data to generate useful insights

* Help monitor marketing KPIs and CVM initiatives, contributing to performance tracking and reporting

* Assist in the planning and coordination of local marketing activities, including events, product launches, and client engagement initiatives across European markets

* Collaborate in the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns, supporting coordination activities and ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and local market needs

* Provide logistical support for events, including invitations, supplier coordination, guest list management, and follow-ups

* Help prepare marketing reports and presentations for internal and regional meetings

WHO YOU ARE

This is how you show up:

* You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics

* You have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail

* You are curious and eager to learn more about customer value management (CVM) and data-driven marketing

* You communicate clearly and confidently in English, and additional European languages are a plus

* You are passionate about the luxury industry, marketing operations, and event management

* You bring a proactive and collaborative attitude
