General Description of the Role
Campari Group is looking for a Market Research Intern based in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan. The role involves supporting the management of both continuous and ad-hoc research activities arising from the company's information needs. It also requires ensuring that these insights are properly understood internally and correctly applied within brand strategies. The position sits within the Global Insight & Analytics function and reports to the Insight & Analytics Manager, who in turn reports to the Global Head of Insights & Analytics.
Main responsibilities and activities
The Market Research Intern supports the I&A Manager:
* in the development and management of qualitative and quantitative market research projects, liaising with research agencies
* in the implementation and management of ongoing tracking studies
* in reporting activities, data extraction, and data analysis (IWSR, Brand Health Tracking, etc.)
* in trend monitoring (through dedicated platforms), insight identification, and internal sharing
Key Relationships
* Internal: Houses of Brand Teams (Brand Manager e Marketing Manager) and I&A local managers
* External: Research institutes, consulting firms, marketing agencies
Experience & Education & Skills
* Degree in fields such as Economics, Statistics, Consumer and Marketing Psychology, Sociology, or similar disciplines
* Experience in Research Institutes is considered a plus
* Fluent English
