Retail Merchandising Internship

As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.

We are a team of 850 employees in 10 countries worldwide - a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Merchandising Team for a period of at least six months. You will actively support the team in transforming data into valuable insights that help define the right product mix for our stores across Europe.

This internship offers a great opportunity to learn how data-driven decisions are made in a dynamic retail environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Support the Merchandising Team in defining store purchase budgets and assortments

* Help create reports to monitor stock levels, sales trends, and potential orders or transfers

* Extract, aggregate, and analyze data in Excel (advanced use of Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts)

* Consult ERP and Power BI systems to gather and organize data for analysis

* Contribute to data preparation and presentations that support decision-making processes

Profile

* Recent graduate in Economics, Statistics, or a related field

* Eager to learn and grow in a data-driven, commercial environment

* Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and synthesis skills

* Enjoys working with data and solving problems through Excel and reporting tools

* Fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus)

* Skilled in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI or ERP systems is an advantage

* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
