The intern will:
* Develop a strong understanding of corporate communication, employee engagement and communication strategies within an international luxury environment.
* Strengthen content creation and storytelling skills by producing high-quality communications for both internal and external channels, including LinkedIn.
* Build project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities by supporting cross-functional communication initiatives and events.
* Gain hands-on experience in enhancing company culture and brand reputation through impactful communication projects and digital engagement activities.
Degree in Communication, Humanities, Marketing or related disciplines. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and communication channels. Strong interest in corporate storytelling, executive communications and digital content creation. Good knowledge of LinkedIn as a corporate communication and employer branding platform. Passion for luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries, with awareness of current trends and brand positioning. Proactive, curious and detail-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn. Previous experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Internal Communications or Employer Branding is considered a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
