We are looking for an STAGE HR office based in Scandicci (FI).

The intern will support the entire team in the following activities:

* Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures, responding to colleagues' inquiries, and managing daily operational processes;

* Partner with the administrative and operative functions for the for hirings, terminations, inductions and other ad-hoc requests;

* Assist with reorganization activities involving different company departments;

* Support Budget and Forecast processes, planning and control overheads and headcounts budget;

* Support in managing disciplinary procedures and unions relations;

* Manage recruitment process for permanent roles, both directly and through external agencies;

Additional requirement:

* Bachelor's degree;

* A Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus;

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
