By joining our Specialized Nutrition team in Milan, you'll have an immersive, stimulating experience from day one. You'll gain cross-functional exposure to all company departments and play an active role in helping your team achieve its objectives. Specifically, you'll be involved in:
* Reporting: Developing, implementing, and sharing sales reports using Business Intelligence platforms and external databases.
* Monitoring: Tracking sales and market performance (KPIs), highlighting any deviations from forecasts.
* Tools Maintenance: Managing tools and implementing new BI functionalities to enhance business performance monitoring.
* Field Force Support: Assisting teams in the field with the use of tools, reports, and KPI interpretation.
* Projects & Analysis: Directly supporting the Healthcare Solution Excellence Manager in business analysis and the implementation of new projects.

* Degree (or near completion) in Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
* Good command of Excel and data analysis tools.
