Job Summary
The South Europe Customer Service Team is looking for an intern at Tetra Pak Italiana in Rubiera, Italy to support the back office activities around the packaging material ordering process for Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Israel. This is a 6-month paid internship, starting from May.
This is a full-time internship requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. We are looking for a candidate who is an active university student and eligible to work for the entire duration of the internship.
What you will do
* You will support the back office team with these activities: order management, design administration, deliveries, invoicing, and other supply chain related activities.
* You will collaborate directly with the front office Customer Service Representatives assigned to our customers
* You will interact with other departments within the company and in the different converting factories, such as design handling, planning, logistics, etc.
We believe you have
* Active university student status in Italy for the following six months
* Fluent English and Italian
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
* SAP R3 knowledge as a plus.
* To be accurate, details-oriented and well-structured.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* To be an organised customer-oriented person
* To be able understand the business and work as a team player
