Your role

The Sales Support Assistant plays a key role into the Sales Support team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations, and supporting on administrative, operational, and customer-facing tasks. This role is essential in maintaining high service levels, optimizing internal processes, and enabling the sales force to focus on business development (lenses and/or frames).

Main responsibilities:

* Daily support to the sales force (Sales Representatives, Area Managers, Field Account Managers) to update and settle commercial conditions and contracts.

* Manage and update customer discount conditions, settle them into the system, following internal procedures and input guidelines.

* Calculate and issue credit notes related to customer bonuses, price differences, and commercial agreements.

* Prepare commercial agreements and customer bonus letters in alignment with internal policies.

* Monitor the contract Cross-check customer billing data to monitor contract progress and calculate commercial bonuses.

* Support the preparation of seasonal sales campaigns, including sample coordination, line sheets, and sales tools.

* Maintain and update customer master data and sales conditions in internal systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Main requirements:

* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

* Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong plus.

* Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
