Project Intern As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities： - Creator Management: Establish and maintain relationships with craters. Understand the needs of creators and execute the action plans to improve their daily performances. - Collaborate with stakeholder to execute online campaigns. - Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly. Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: -Language and Communication Skill: Business level Japanese and English. Strong written communication skills in both English and Japanese. -Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. -Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. -Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret complex data from various sources to derive actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications -Community management experience or similar experience. -Previous Internship Experience: Management consulting firm, PE/VC, IT industry internship experience.
