Team Introduction TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to make live streaming a part of the culture. We are a group of people who are highly motivated to grow and develop. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities A) Operational Duties in Creator Management Business: - Formulation, execution, and effectiveness measurement of strategies for game live creator management. - Operation of creator communities aimed at enhancing engagement with creators. - Development of in-app features, content creation, and localization activities to support game live streaming activities. B) Planning, execution, effectiveness measurement, and bridging role for app internal events, as a member of the event development team: -Analyzing the needs and challenges of each creator segment to construct and implement app internal events that maximize growth opportunities

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: -Expected to work in the Tokyo office and fluent in Japanese -Bachelor's degree or higher student. -Experience in managing communities of creators. -Ability to constantly grasp new gaming trends and generate ideas for live event planning. -Business-level proficiency in Chinese or business-level English. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in the game live streaming industry. -Experience in operating Discord. -Strong interest and understanding of the live streaming industry, particularly game live creators. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in an international and diverse environment
