New mechatronic features that drive differentiation and productivity are often enabled by improved tool control. In this role, you'll be right at the center of where new ideas come to life and are tested for the very first time, helping to evaluate, tune, and refine new approaches.
The start date is flexible depending on the student's availability, with a preferred duration of 6 months or longer.
What You'll Bring
* Enrollment in a Bachelor's / Master's program in control engineering (e.g., cybernetics, mechanical or electrical engineering with focus on control systems or a related discipline)
* Good knowledge and prior experience in programming and/or algorithm development in MATLAB/Simulink or similar
* Hands-on mentality in working with rapid control prototyping systems or embedded systems
* A proactive approach and self-reliant personality
* Fluency in spoken and written English or German
