Your role

We are looking for an intern in the Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team in Luxembourg for the following activities and tasks

* Supporting client advisors in providing high-quality customer service and experience
* Preparation and follow-up of prospect and client meetings
* Preparation of presentations and investment proposals
* Support of client advisors in administrative, legal, compliance and risk-related tasks
* Preparation of strategic and project-related topics as well as participation in corresponding project groups
* Competent contact person for various business partners and internal departments

Internship agreement with school/university (covering the whole internship period) is required

Start date 15.06.2026

Your team

The Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) unit is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW serves some of the largest institutional family office clients who need both GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often in different countries and booking centres. GFIW provides comprehensive and highly personalized financial services around the world to meet the demanding needs of entrepreneurs and billionaire clients.

By working in the GFIW Luxembourg team in Luxembourg, you will play an important role in providing tailored customer services and will work closely with client advisors. Our joint efforts help manage, preserve and grow our clients' wealth through a close partnership at every stage of life.

Your expertise

You are

* An enrolled student undergoing university studies in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
* A team player with fast learning abilities
* Flexible and reliable
* Sociable

You have

* Previous internships in the financial sector
* Good analytical skills
* Very good knowledge of English and preferably French, German, Dutch or Italian
* Strong MS Office skills
* Enjoy working independently
* A high level of motivation
