Missions

* Assistant to the Real Estate fund manager in the daily tasks, which involves among others:
- Supervision of internal and external stakeholders;
- Support in financing and structuring analysis;
- Participation in production of financial reports and review of assets valuation (appraisers, investors, management committee,…) and corporate governance;
- Calculation of key performance indicators, covenants and AML/KYC checks;
* Assistant to the Real Estate Fund Controller in the daily tasks, in supporting and participating in periodic financial controls, external audit coordination and budget planning;
* Assistant to the Internal Valuator on both RE and PE/PD products;
* Assistant to the Real Assets fund structuring unit;
* Participation in the evolution of management, control tools and market researches.

Compléments

A tripartite (school, company and student) internship agreement is mandatory for this role.

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 4 / M1

Formation / Spécialisation

* Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance
* Languages: fluent in English, good level in French, German or Italian could be a plus;
* Excellent skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
* Qualities required: organization and planning skills, rigor, proactivity, sense of initiative, flexibility, good analytical skills and synthesis, ability to anticipate and react quickly, adaptability.

0 - 2 ans

* A first experience in a banking environment is ideal
