Your team

FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

You will join the PETAL - Private Assets team, the Pictet Luxembourg Private Assets operational servicing entity.

Start Date : 01.01.2026
Duration : 6 or 12 months
Activity rate : Full-time or part-time (80%)

Your role

* Perform daily checks to ensure that all transactions are recorded in due time.
* Understand the investment made by client (review of the prospectus).
* Analyze notices received from Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt funds to perform the booking accurately.
* Cash reconciliation.
* Assist the team with various tasks (draft annual accounts, reply to audit queries, prepare ad hoc reporting to clients,…
* Monitor team mailboxes and ensure continuity of operations.

Your profile

Qualifications and experience:
* Pursuing a Bachelor or University degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering

Specific knowledge:
* Prioritising and time management skills to address the volumes and urgent subjects
* Analytical mindset to investigate, analyse and understand our investments and counter parties communications
* Collaborative skills to navigate a multinational workplace (English is required)

Language skills:
* Written and spoken fluency in French and English

Personal qualities:
* Adaptive and transversal knowledge capability to be able to communicate (in written and orally) with Petal teams
* Rigorous and attentive to detail.
* Team player who is approachable and flexible.
* Dynamic and possesses an enquiring mind.
