OCC Internship for Documentation and Compliance

For our department OCC department within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):

OCC Internship for Documentation and Compliance (m/f/x)

Main Duties :

* Based on Company Manuals and documentation (OMA, OCCM, CWA…), establish a completely new OCC manual with annexes.
* It will be 100% for OCC but other departments might be involved (Maintenance, ERAP, Crewing, Commercial Dept, Legal…).

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

* Be a current registered student in your degree course in engineering school or business management (university or business school), ideally coming from aviation management or related areas
* Be dynamic and motivated by a multifunctional and demanding environment
* Show a great ability to see the overall picture of a situation and have proven analytical skills
* Be PC literate.
* Be fluent in English. Any other knowledge of German, French or Luxembourgish would be an asset
* Duration: from 4 months 6 months
* Ideal period : As of March 2026
* Location: Luxembourg Airport, Grand-Duché du Luxembourg
* Applicants who are no longer registered at a school, academy or university will not be considered for this internship
* You will be subject to a background check for the past 5 years and clean criminal records are required
