Key Responsibilities

* Support campus engagement efforts such as career fairs, university outreach, and scholarship promotions.
* Conduct research on talent trends, scholarship opportunities, and employer branding best practices.
* Provide administrative support on talent and engagement portfolios.
* Assist in designing and creating content and collaterals for internal and external events.

Requirements

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Self-driven with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
* Skilled in Canva and basic design tools; familiar with content creation.
* Additional: Experience with Adobe Suite, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
