The FSTEP trainee will go through 1 year of comprehensive training which includes a 3 months classroom training with Asian Business School (ABS) under Bank Negara and the remaining months will be job attachments with the respective department.
* Trainee will be involved in manage mobile and internet banking channel development and innovation in alignment with bank's digital roadmap.
* Liaises with business users, stakeholders and/or external parties to define requirements.
* Work closely with IT to perform release management for internet and mobile banking.
* Manage customer issues escalated by contact center or branch to ensure timely resolution.
* Proactively identify innovative solutions to digitalize banking services
* Participate in projects to improve digital banking services and enhance customer experiences.
Job Requirements
* Possess university degree
* Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis and managing user testing
* Possess good collaboration skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skill
* Ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and inter-department associates
* Work well under tight timeline and pressure and able to multi-task
