YOUR ROLE
As a Facilities Intern, you will assist the Facilities department in the operational and maintenance management. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting daily operations and preventive maintenance activities for Facilities systems
* Assisting in the coordination and supervision of contractor management, repair, and service tasks
* Managing inventory control and tracking of Facilities stock and supplies
* Participating in safety compliance activities, including Gemba walks, inspections, and audits
* Collaborating with team members on continuous improvement initiatives and facilities enhancement projects
* Gaining hands-on experience with facilities management processes, workflows, and systems
* Assisting in the preparation and analysis of Facilities reports, including utilities consumption trending and data visualization
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Possess Degree Engineering related fields i.e. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
* English business proficiency
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools)
* Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months and above
