* Support day-to-day operational and project-related activities for upcoming product launches and enhancements
* Assist in the development and updating of FAQ and Customer Service (CS) materials, including copywriting and translations
* Coordinate the collection of user feedback through surveys and user interviews, and consolidate insights for the team
* Support market research and competitor analysis to track industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and customer service
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Strong communication and writing skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination abilities

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
