Job Type: Internship
Duration: 6 months
We are looking for passionate students and driven young minds eager to kickstart their journey in software and system support. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining high-performance backend applications, working alongside experienced engineers to ensure stability, reliability, and efficiency.
This internship offers valuable exposure to debugging, testing, performance analysis, and cloud/virtual deployments, providing a unique opportunity to turn your technical skills into real-world impact in a collaborative and innovative environment.

* Participate in technical support (Software Care) analysis and root-cause investigations
* Learn processes and contribute to process improvement and efficiency improvement initiatives
* Perform software testing, validation, and documentation of test results
* Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
* Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance system stability and performance
* Work with databases (TimesTen, SQL, MongoDB) to analyse and resolve data-related issues
* Support integration and optimisation initiatives, including AI-enabled efficiency tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve software implementation issues across backend systems

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You Have:
* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (students seeking for 6-months internship are encouraged to apply)
* Strong programming fundamentals
* Knowledge of relational (SQL, TimesTen) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
* Familiarity with Linux/ Unix
* Understanding of cloud technologies
* Excellent written and spoken English
It would be nice if you also have:
* Understanding of Java and C++ programming
* Familiarity with Spring Boot and backend application architecture
* Understanding of RESTful APIs concepts and integration principles
* Basic knowledge of cloud-native or virtualised deployments
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software reliability and security
