Job Description:

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support the e-commerce and marketing team in analyzing sales performance, traffic, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness. This role provides hands-on exposure to e-commerce analytics, product performance, and data-driven decision making.
E-commerce & Sales Analysis
* Analyze e-commerce Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and product sales performance.
* Track product-level sales trends and performance.
* Support analysis for new product launches and e-commerce initiatives.
Traffic & Funnel Performance
* Analyze store traffic and customer journey across the e-commerce funnel.
* Track key funnel metrics such as visits, add-to-cart, conversion rate, and checkout performance.
* Identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing & Advertisement Performance
* Assist in executing and tracking marketing campaigns.
* Analyze digital advertisement performance, including ROAS and conversion metrics.
* Support reporting on campaign effectiveness and insights.
Customer & Market Insights
* Conduct customer behavior analysis to understand buying patterns.
* Identify trends and insights to support business growth opportunities.
* Support market and performance analysis as required.
Reporting & Data Support
* Prepare Excel-based reports and summaries for GMV, traffic, and marketing performance.
* Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in reporting.
* Present findings in a clear and structured format.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
* Comfortable working with numbers and datasets.
* Willingness to learn e-commerce and digital marketing analytics.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* GMV (Gross Merchandise Value): Total value of products sold before deductions such as discounts or returns.
* Traffic: Number of visitors to the online store.
* Funnel: The steps customers go through (visit → add to cart → purchase).
