Aufgaben

Responsibilities:
* Contributing to International Rollout Management:
* Collaborate with global teams across various countries.
* Gain exposure to cross-cultural project coordination.
* Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables

* Website Maintenance and Updates:
* Support website management tasks, including content updates.
* Learn basic website maintenance skills.
* Collaborate with web developers and project managers

* Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO):
* Assist in establishing and maintaining the PMO for digital marketing projects.
* Collaborate with senior team members on project planning and execution.
* Learn about project management best practices.

* Contributing to Innovation Management:
* Help implement innovative solutions within the team.
* Gain exposure to emerging trends in marketing and technology.

* Assisting with GenAI Projects:
* Work on specific GenAI initiatives and create concepts.
* Pilot GenAI solutions
* Contribute to project documentation and reporting.

Coordinating Meetings and Invitations
* Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings.
* Learn about effective communication and stakeholder management.
* Help prepare meeting agendas and follow-up materials

Qualifikationen

Field of study: Degree in Marketing, Business, IT
Additional Skills: MS Office, Adobe Experience Manager, ASANA, Website CMS
Language skills: English, any additional language is a plus: Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Thai
Other qualifications:
4Enthusiastic about digital marketing and project management.
4 Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
