Your tasks

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Technical Customer Service team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to tire performance monitoring, customer support, and field service activities in the Off-The-Road (OTR) tire industry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting customer tire inspections and complaint investigations
* Assisting in technical reporting and root cause analysis
* Monitoring tire performance data from digital tools (e.g. TPMS, analytics software)
* Providing field and back-office support to Technical and Sales Managers
* Participating in training programs, customer visits, and service audits

* Currently pursuing a degree in engineering related fields.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English
* Interest in off-highway vehicle systems or heavy equipment
