YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating a real-time monitoring solution for the Burn-in area by designing and deploying a dedicated dashboard. You contribute to the project from end to end, from data acquisition to visualization and KPI definition.
* Analyze the needs of Production, Maintenance and Engineering for the monitoring of Burn-in chambers.
* Participate in the definition of the data model and database structure to store chambers' states and alarms history.
* Contribute to the interface with existing equipment/systems to collect real-time data (chamber status, alarms, maintenance/PM information, lot loading, etc.).
* Design and develop the visual dashboard to display in real time: chambers UP/DOWN, availability, tests in progress, Under Maintenance, Under PM, and associated alarms.
* Implement synthetic views and key indicators (KPIs) to help Production optimize lots loading and chamber utilization.
* Participate in the validation, deployment and continuous improvement of the solution with shopfloor users.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Background in engineering / computer science / data or similar.
* Knowledge of database design and data modeling (SQL or equivalent).
* Experience or familiarity with dashboard / reporting tools and real-time data visualization.
* Ability to understand manufacturing / test environments and translate operational needs into technical requirements.
* Good analytical skills and rigor for incident/alarms analysis and continuous improvement.
* Team player with good communication skills to collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
