We are looking for a hospitality school student who can be fully operational from day one, for a deep immersion in the development and day-to-day operations of restaurants.
This internship offers a highly practical experience in restaurant projects, alongside demanding teams, with direct exposure to the operational and entrepreneurial challenges of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved both on the ground and in operational structuring work:
Active participation in restaurant openings and daily operations
Strong field presence: front of house, bar, service supervision, team management
Implementation of processes, procedures, and operational tools
Contribution to team training and performance improvement
Support to opening project management
✅ Time split: 70% field operations / 30% structuring & project management
✅ Evening and weekend work expected
