What will you do? Support Finance Productivity activities for the NAM Region within the CoCe Team. Deliver key reports to AOC SPOCs for productivity reviews and contribute to impactful discussions when one-time issues arise. Collaborate with Procurement Finance SMEs to ensure DVC Material Productivity updates and timely completion of monthly processes. Assist four different clusters in the NAM region through value-added activities that enhance productivity reporting. Create, develop, and improve Rolling Forecast templates for Plant Controllers. Support AOC Team and Plant Controllers during the Rolling Forecast process by collaborating with key stakeholders (FP&A, CoCe Team, GSC). Lead the Freight scope in partnership with AOC SPOC to support MX Maquilas operations, working closely with stakeholders (Logistics, FP&A, GSC Finance, Transportation). Location: Punto Valle, Mty. Develop proficiency in data interpretation, reporting tools, and ERP systems (SAP Bridge, SAP S4). Strengthen your problem-solving and decision-making skills in real-world finance scenarios. Build confidence in presenting insights and driving conversations with senior stakeholders. Who will you report to? You will be a single contributor, reporting to the AOC Financial Specialist, with indirect reporting to the AOC Business Finance Controller. Expect high exposure to CoCe Director, CoCe Managers, GSC Directors, and CoCe VP. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently enrolled in a major related to Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
