What you'll do:

Position title: SAP Mexico Intern - Learning Compliance Officer

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Schedule: 30 HR/week

Contract Duration: 18 Months

Expected start date: August 2026*

In this role, you'll:

Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global CompanySupport with record management efforts regarding training statisticsAssist in the design and establishment of new and updated courses that translates into learning how courses are developed and managedCoordinate monthly metrics and prepare management dashboard reportsAssist with projects, research and managing dataOpportunity to influence new coursesDevelopment of knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Analytics BridgeUse own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team

What you bring:

* We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

* You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* Must be a current University student

* Fluent in English and an additional language preferred but not essential

* Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative

* Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task

* Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support

* Quality driven with excellent attention to detail

* Strong written and oral communications skills

* Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint

Meet your team:

The Office of Ethics and Compliance is responsible for developing and operating SAP's Compliance Management System, including support for the SAP Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related policies and procedures. We focus on managing risks related to the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other applicable bribery and corruption laws and fraud, among other matters#LI-Hybrid
