We're offering an ERP Support Intern - SAP User Access opportunity in IT Services and Solutions where you'll support technology operations, learn from seasoned professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects. Provide SAP User Access Support Assist in day-to-day operational support across SAP Security module, helping troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth business processes. Develop and Maintain Functional Documentation Create clear, structured documentation for requirements, process flows, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Execute Unit Testing Support testing cycles by preparing test cases, validating functionality, and documenting results to ensure system accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with Functional Teams Work closely with senior functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and support ongoing initiatives. Understanding of Computer Science, Manufacturing, or Procurement Concepts Intermediate / Advanced English Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication Proactive Learning Mindset Who will you report to? Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields, graduating in July 2027 or later. Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (coursework or hands-on experience) Accelerates your learning curve and helps you understand how system logic supports procurement and production processes. Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing concepts Helps connect Oracle processes to real-world operations and improves your ability to support end-to-end workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Critical for troubleshooting data discrepancies, understanding system messages, and supporting process optimization. Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn SAP Security modules Enables you to quickly adopt system navigation, master data concepts, and functional configuration basics Strong communication and documentation skills Allows you to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders while clearly documenting processes, issues, and test results. *Graduation Date: July 2027 or later *Intermediate to Advanced English *Morning Availability *Interest in Information Systems, Technology, or Digital Solutions. *Location: Mty Hub (Punto Valle: Rio Missouri 555 St. Del Valle, 66220) What's in it for you?
