Job Description

About the team:
ZF Production System Team is the one that always looks forward, clarify the route and makes things happen to improve the performance and competitivity of the company. The team consist in 4 ZFPS engineers and 1 ZFPS black belt, all men, assigned each one to a Process Group area and responsible for a ZFPS methodology deployment.

What you can look forward to as ZF Production System Intern:
* Identify opportunities of improvement

* Implement actions to reduce waste and increase efficiency

* Follow up specific KPI's

* Develop and document CIS projects

* Participate in Kaizen Workshops

* Train key operators and engineers

Your Profile as ZF Production System Intern:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), desireble Power BI and Auto cad.
* Basics Concepts of Mechanics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
* Basic Concepts of Industrial Engineering like Time and Motion Analysis, Ergonomics Analysis, Capacity Analysis, etc.
* Required skills on Teamwork, Learning Fast, Proactive.
* Preferred skills on Data Analysis, Organized
