Team Introduction The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. About the Teams: Possible teams within TikTok LIVE Operations include: - LIVE Operations: Collaborates with creators and partners to build an environment where creators can succeed and grow. - LIVE Agency Management: Manages and develops agency partners to help identify and grow top creator talent through scalable programs. About the Internship: TikTok's internship program offers students real-world exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. You'll participate in impactful projects, development workshops, and social events, all while building core professional skills. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day TikTok LIVE campaign operations, ensuring smooth execution across multiple initiatives. - Conduct creator outreach and engagement at scale to support campaign participation and ecosystem growth. - Leverage data to generate insights, support strategy development, and inform operational decisions. - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance across campaigns, projects, and key business metrics. - Support internal teams with analytical insights for ongoing projects and operational improvements. - Assist in building and optimizing educational strategies and materials for creators and partners to improve onboarding, performance, and engagement
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications: - Please submit your CV in English, as the role requires communication with global stakeholders and the evaluation process will be conducted in English. - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. - Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming). - Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders. - Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems. - Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable. - Excel/Google Sheets intermediate skills (lookup formulas, basic analytical formulas, pivot tables, filters) Preferred Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in STEM or related fields such as: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or related analytical fields - Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture. - Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset. - Familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends. - Basic/Intermediate SQL
