Talent Communications & Enablement Intern will support and help drive key Talent initiatives by creating engaging content, maintaining an organized communications cadence, and improving employee access to resources.

This role is ideal for someone interested in HR/Talent, who also enjoys digital tools, content creation, internal marketing, and analytics-and who can stay organized, adapt quickly, and follow through with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

- Location: Distrito Polanco.
- Hybrid scheme.
- Morning availabilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Own Skill of the Month: plan, create, and publish monthly communications
* Newsletter support: help to create and manage the All-COE Newsletter, draft, design, and coordinate content and visuals
* Manage the communications calendar: enhance, maintain schedule, track deadlines, and coordinate approvals
* Publish communications across Viva Engage, SharePoint, email, and Teams
* Maintain/create SharePoint pages for assigned Talent topics (content organization, updates, navigation)
* Create multi-format content: posts, graphics, job aids, FAQs, and short videos
* Support basic analytics (as needed): engagement tracking and simple reporting

We're looking for someone with:
* Currently enrolled in a related program (HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or similar)
* Grad date: June 2027 or later. (MUST)
* Advanced English. (MUST)
* Strong writing/editing skills and attention to detail
* Strong digital skills
* Strong interpersonal skills; able to follow up respectfully to meet deadlines and secure inputs
* Comfort working through ambiguity and shifting priorities
* Marketing coursework/experience and video creation skills are a plus
* Experience creating digital content (Canva or similar)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Marketing coursework/experience
* Video creation/editing experience (school projects acceptable)
* Familiarity with automation and analytics tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
