This is a unique opportunity to build hands-on experience in strategic and digital marketing while contributing to solutions that improve people's everyday lives.TENA Mexico is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Incontinence Care category team in Santa Fe, CDMX.

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will actively support day-to-day brand management while gaining real experience in analytical and strategic marketing within a high-performing environment. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

* Support daily brand management activities for the Incontinence Care portfolio
* Analyze consumer, market, and business performance (monthly sell-in & sell-out, SOM, and key business insights)
* Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making
* Support Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiatives, including webshop operations and digital tools
* Coordinate with the D2C team through regular touchpoints and support short-term projects, tracking and reporting results
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and external agencies
* Support creative asset development and campaign execution with agencies
* Contribute to innovation and pipeline projects across the portfolio
* Work on projects with real ownership and exposure to senior leadership

Who You Are

* Currently studying a bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields), minimum 5th semester
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills; intermediate PowerPoint skills
* Advanced English level
* Power BI knowledge is a plus
* Proactive, eager to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
