Mission

Planning Intern - Supply Chain
Behind every Lacoste product available in our stores, there's a planning team making it happen. As a Planning Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the operational engine that connects demand, sourcing, and supply, helping ensure our products reach the right place at the right time. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Main Activities:
* Support demand planning activities and the planning calendar execution.
* Assist with purchase order creation, modifications, cancellations, and system maintenance.
* Support pre-order setup and order creation processes.
* Follow up on SMS (Sample Management System) activities to ensure timely execution.
* Upload first confirmations into the system and perform data validation checks.
* Perform system data validations to ensure accuracy and support operational excellence.
* Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of planning activities.

Profil

Professional background:
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with systems and large volumes of data.
* Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Proactive, curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
