Your role

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to begin a career in ESG? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in sustainable investing and ESG reporting? Would you like to work with experts who help shape how ESG data drives investment decisions?

We're looking for Intern - ESG Reporting (Sustainable Investing) to:

* support the team in delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate ESG reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* assist in maintaining and improving ESG reporting frameworks, tools, and processes.
* help implement sustainable investing policies and methodologies into reporting materials.
* collaborate with investment teams and other stakeholders to gather ESG-related information and documentation.
* help prepare responses to ESG-related inquiries, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with regulatory and commercial needs.

Your team

You'll be working in the ESG Reporting team in Kraków, Poland. The team supports sophisticated clients by producing comprehensive ESG reports that address client needs and meet both commercial and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

* strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and sustainable investing.
* basic analytical skills and interest in working with data.
* motivation to learn about ESG frameworks, regulations, and investment strategies.
* clear communication skills.
* ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
* good attention to detail and task-management skills.
* currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* proficiency in English and MS Office.
