* Support Automation Initiatives:

Collaborate with the team on the implementation of automation strategies for 5S and Kaizen processes, contributing to the optimization of workflows.

* Assistance in AOS Implementation:

Help facilitate the rollout of the ALSTOM Operating System (AOS) in production.

* Participate in Team Meetings:

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to discussions on continuous improvement initiatives and operational strategies.

* Documentation Support:

Assist in preparing documentation related to projects, including reports, presentations, and standard operating procedures.

* Research and Development:

Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to support the development of innovative solutions within the department.
