Start your career in Ericsson within the summer internship program in Kraków!

We are pleased to announce our AI Summer Internship in Kraków, designed for highly motivated students eager to gain hands-on experience in artificial intelligence. This program offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals and contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Apply if you:
* have a student's status of technical faculties (at last 4/5 year of study),
* have a good knowledge of Python, C++,
* are genuinely curious about how LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or agents work under the hood - not just how to prompt ChatGPT,
* are understanding of basic ML algorithms and structures' (any experience with frameworks such as numpy pandas, sklearn/torch).
* speak English an intermediate level at least,
* have good analytical thinking skills and ability to work in a group,
* are available 35-40 hours a week and can work from the office.

Nice to have (but none are required):
* hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, local models via ollama),
* familiarity with RAG concepts: embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies,
* agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AgentCore, MCP),
* developer fundamentals: Git, Docker, Linux, AWS,
* other programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript),
* developer tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven),
* Agile/Scrum.

Interns will be offered:
* a 3 months paid internship with a civil contract,
* work in real company projects or dedicated projects,
* support of a technical mentor,
* an integration party and dedicated trainings,
* a lot of valuable knowledge which you will gain from experienced employees!
