Intern - Pharma Operations Benchmarking - Product Development

You will support an agile development and rollout of a state-of-the-art digital platform for benchmarking projects across industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a Product Owner in their day-to-day work including full set of agile meetings. Throughout the work, you'll collaborate with the software development team, IT security department, and current platform users to support future new client development efforts.

You will also have a chance to develop an understanding of operational excellence and benchmarking processes.

You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of the Client Capabilities Network (CCN), within the Life Sciences AI Operations (LS AI Operations) team. You will work closely with the Pharma Operations Benchmarking & Opportunity Sizing (POBOS) group. You will support the design and development of advanced analytics, technology, and AI-driven solutions that power a broad range of pharma benchmarking services. You will contribute to building and scaling digital products that enable data-driven insights across key areas of pharmaceutical operations, including drug product and drug substance manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Working at the intersection of data, technology, and business, you will help translate complex datasets into robust analytical tools and AI solutions. These products support benchmarking capabilities and help clients improve operational performance and decision-making.

This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* University student in the fourth or final year with studies in economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics, finance
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of Python is a big plus
* Knowledge of agile product development principles and product lifecycle management
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Collaborative and energetic attitude
* Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work in an international environment.
* Fluent level language skills in English, both verbal and written
