Job Purpose

Join TechnipFMC as an HR Intern and support our HR processes while gaining hands-on experience and building the foundations of your career in Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to take their first steps in HR and develop within a global organization.

Job Description

* Support the HR Business Partner team in day-to-day activities
* Prepare reports, data analyses, presentations, and HR documentation
* Assist with the organization of employee training sessions and internal events
* Support employer branding initiatives and activities
* Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
* Help create and maintain communications for employees and managers
* Assist in the delivery of HR projects and ongoing people initiatives

You are meant for this job if:

* An open-minded, communicative person with a willingness to learn
* A well-organized and self-motivated individual
* A proactive team player who enjoys working with people
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Power Platform is an advantage
* Availability to work from our Kraków office on a flexible schedule
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
