A Day in the Life

As an assistant in the marketing and market development department, you will be carrying out administrative, office and marketing tasks. We are looking for a person with high personal culture, eager to cooperate with other company employees and contractors, with very good organization of work, able to think innovatively, as well as creative problem solving.

Internship details
* Start Date: June 2026
* Location: Warsaw, Poland
* Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
* Working Time: 30 hours per week (with flexibility)
* Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Controlling the circulation of correspondence and preparing reports, statements, and offers
* Monitoring communication and information flow across the department to ensure alignment and continuity
* Coordinating the correct circulation, storage and archiving of documents in line with internal processes
* Providing logistical support for business meetings, trainings, congresses and conferences
* Cooperation with external contractors
* Ordering materials, stands, hotels and related services
* Preparing and processing marketing and training equipment rental agreements
* Ordering marketing materials and managing marketing material stock, including virtual stock
* Supporting managers in day to day operational matters, including coordination of tasks and follow ups
* Cooperating with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, T&E, Procurement) to ensure smooth execution of activities
* Cooperating with other specialists and external agencies on marketing and promotional projects
* Supporting the work of the commercial and marketing team in the execution of marketing activities and initiatives

Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related fields
* Fluency in Polish and good command of English
* Very good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner

Would be a plus:
* Experience in marketing administration, event organization, or project coordination
* Experience working with external vendors or agencies
* Familiarity with document workflows, contracts, or procurement processes
