Your mission will be…
* Develop, implement, and maintain project and process documentation, ensuring clarity, structure, and traceability;
* Support the preparation and update of project presentations (PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders;
* Prepare data migration and data validation reports, including basic reconciliations and consistency checks;
* related test cases, including documentation of results and identified deviations;
* Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and milestones, supporting project tracking and follow-up;
* Participate in the preparation of status reports and project updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
* Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible;
* Perform quality control checks to ensure alignment with defined standards and ways of working;
* Support administrative project activities such as meeting preparation, scheduling, MoMs, and calendar management;
* Track project-related actions and deliveries across different stakeholders and streams
