YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated recent graduates to join our IT Production Team through our Trainee Academy starting in May.

In this role you will:

* Gain valuable experience working in a dynamic business environment, guided by experienced professionals who will support your growth every step of the way;
* Receive and resolve tickets, communicate status and workarounds to users, contribute to knowledge articles and post-incident reviews;
* Perform monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, New Relic or Prometheus;
* Participate in continuous training sessions.

YOUR PROFILE

* Academic background in Computer Engineering or a related field;
*
Knowledge of programming and DevOps tools (Python, Kubernetes, Ansible);
*
English and portuguese fluent;
*
Strong communication skills, resilience, teamwork and and client-focus.
