Process Improvement Trainee

Descripción del puesto:

Effectively collaborate with Production, Maintenance, or Quality teams to support daily operations. Assist in monitoring production lines and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in the analysis of key operational metrics (OEE, waste, productivity, downtime). Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S implementation on the shop floor. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Contribute to process optimization, automation, or cost-reduction projects

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Fluent in Portuguese. Intermediate level of English. Fast learner, especially with digital tools and industrial systems. Strong interest and motivation to develop in Production, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, or Quality. Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office. Proactive, flexible attitude with strong teamwork skills. Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail abilities. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to operational safety
