Extracurricular Internship - Compliance Support (f/m/div.)

Job Description

* Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards.
* Assist in the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks.
* Support the drafting of reports and compilation of documentation in accordance with Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021.
* Assist in end-to-end compliance investigations, including data collection, preliminary evidence reviews, and documentation organization.
* Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
* Support the preparation and update of compliance training materials.
* Assist business units with the practical application of internal policies

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
* Certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.
Experience
* Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus.
* Experience in similar roles will be valued.
Know how
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good report writing and documentation skills.
Languages
* English: fluent (written and spoken).
* Portuguese: fluent (preferred).
