As Internal Communication Intern for Portugal, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communication while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the organization. You will support the Internal Communication team in Portugal and collaborate with internal stakeholders and communication experts, contributing to key initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, corporate culture and brand reputation.

This internship is a great opportunity to understand how communication works in a multinational company, with exposure to both the Portuguese and Iberian (Spain-Portugal) context.

As part of the team, you will contribute to:
* Supporting the management and regular update of the corporate intranet.
* Coordinating and supporting the internal newsletter (content, planning and distribution).
* Contributing to the ideation and execution of internal communication campaigns across different business areas.
* Supporting the creation of audiovisual content (recordings, interviews, internal and external materials).
* Assisting in the organisation and execution of internal and external corporate events.
* Collaborating on the corporate social media strategy.
* Supporting social media publishing and monitoring.
* Translating communication materials into Portuguese.
* Providing administrative support to the team, including invoice follow-up, purchase order creation and supplier contact.

What you bring:
* Academic background in Audiovisual Communication, Public Relations, or training in Community Management and Social Media.
* Strong interest in corporate communication.
* Fluent Spanish is required; good level of English is highly valued.
* Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
* Familiarity with social media analytics and listening tools will be valued.
* A collaborative mindset and attention to details.
