Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Expense Processing: Process Travel and Expenses claims, including the validation of invoices. Monitor the delivery of missing information/ documents to ensure the reimbursement of our employees
* Compliance and Quality: Ensure alignment with Infineon Travel and Expenses Processes and Guidelines. Ensure the data quality of expense claims and perform quality control
* Improvement and Collaboration: Work with the team and other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
* Payment Process: Perform payment run processes

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are an excellent communicator with an international and multicultural mindset. You are a motivated team player with problem-solving skills.

* Education: degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Language Studies, or a similar field
* Technical Skills: Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Working Style: You can pay attention to detail and focus on quality, ensuring high-quality processes
