Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with both the commercial and operations teams to support lead generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on internship designed to give you broad exposure across the full revenue cycle - from top-of-funnel awareness to closing and retention.
You will be mentored by experienced professionals, participate in real projects from day one, and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team in prospecting, outreach, and qualification of new leads
* Assist on market studies development and interpretation
* Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing team meetings
* Market Event tracking and management
* Assist in managing social media channels
* Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings
* Update and maintain the CRM system (pipeline, contacts, activity logs)
* Research target accounts and market segments to support prospecting efforts
* Presales activities: scheduling of meetings, creation of meeting minutes, reading and summarizing tenders (RFI, RFQ RFP), input collection from the different areas and final offer preparation
* Digitalization of offers and new sales initiatives
* Archive folder management
* Contribute ideas to improve workflows and communication between teams
This is an opportunity for an extracurricular internship with 12 months' duration

Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
* Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

* Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (nice to have);
* Experience with social media management or content creation;
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid media, email marketing);
* Data literacy - comfortable reading dashboards and drawing basic insights
