About The Team: The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. As part of this internship, you will: - Conduct external market assessments to support business decisions (e.g., market expansion decisions) - Understand the trends for different industries and types of companies to better tailor our services models (e.g., ecommerce, start-ups, automotives) - Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify required improvements in business operations - Discover how the strategy team of a high-growth advertising company works - Support regular business cadences, including tracking of key metrics (e.g., quarterly OKRs) - Simplify sales operations processes to reduce admin load for sellers

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
