About the Team: The Global Business Solutions (GBS) Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent that drives TikTok's continued growth. As a strategic talent partner, we deliver end-to-end recruiting solutions across diverse business functions by leveraging market insights, data, and innovative sourcing strategies to provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms. - Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements. - Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions. - Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process. - Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. - Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Consulting, or a technology company. - Analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, or reporting to support decision-making. - Interest in recruiting, employer branding, and talent strategy within a global organization
